APPOINTMENTS deposit policy: A deposit is required in order to secure an appointment. Deposit must be paid before with Cashapp, Zelle, or Venmo within 12 hours of booking appointment, if not appointment will be forfeited. The deposit amount will be deducted from your total at the conclusion of your services, and the remaining balance paid with Cashapp, Zelle, or Venmo. Deposits are non refundable and non‐transferable. Late Policy A $25-$50 late fee may be added for any client who arrives 10+ minutes late for their appointment. If a client is 30 minutes late, their appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled at the artist’s discretion and convenience, to include the listed late fee. Deposits are non-refundable for a client who has their appointment cancelled for being late and cannot be rescheduled.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
**Salon Cancellation Policy**
We strive to provide exceptional service and accommodate the scheduling needs of all our valued clients. To help us maintain a smooth appointment schedule and ensure that we can serve everyone efficiently, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
1. **Appointment Cancellations**: We understand that life can be unpredictable, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment.
2. **Late Cancellations/No-Shows**: If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice or fail to show up for your appointment (no-show), we will charge a fee, 50% of your service to cover the time and resources allocated for your service.
3. **Rescheduling**: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
4. **Repeat Offenses**: Clients who repeatedly cancel with short notice or no-show may be required to prepay for future appointments.
5. **Appointment Confirmations**: We send appointment reminders via text and email, to help you remember your scheduled time. Please confirm your appointment to ensure accuracy.
6. **Emergency Exceptions**: We understand that emergencies can arise, and exceptions may be made in such cases. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you encounter an unforeseen situation.
Out of courtesy to your stylist, I kindly ask that you give 48 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Be sure to contact directly. In the case that more than 48 hours notice is not given for a cancellation or reschedule, the card given on file will be charged 50% of the total. If notice is given within 24 hours of your appointment, is considered a no show, and the card given on file will be charged 100% of the service. Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your stylist may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled. As a courtesy to the artist and other clients, please notify if you are at all running late (even 5 minutes makes a difference). Thank you for understanding this policy. It is in place to respect the time of the artist as well as other clients waiting for appointments.
